The Hopwood is a friendly canal side country pub in Rochdale we are
located on the outskirts of Rochdale / Middleton. Jimmy Goslin owns
and runs The Hopwood with his family he has been in the trade for over 20 years

With all the charm and character of a traditional country inn, our family run pub offers a great range of Real Ales, malt whiskies, spirits and home made food. Our menu is a big hit with locals and passing visitors. Children are always welcome at The Hopwood, so feel free to drop buy and feed the whole family while the children can play in our extensive garden and childrens play area.

We enjoy being part of the community by offering live music and comedians, big screen TV's, pool, quiz nights, a weekly poker league and much more. There's always a warm atmosphere, the staff are friendly, the regulars don't bite and Jimmy is a most convivial host around.
